Rankkking believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations are considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been communicated to our vendors or merchants, and they have begun the shipping process.

Rankkking does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers and food. However, a refund or replacement can be made if you can prove that the quality of the product delivered was not up to standard.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team immediately. Your request will be reviewed once the merchant has checked and determined the issue. This must be reported on the same day you receive the products.

If you feel that a product you received is not as it was shown on the site or doesn’t meet your expectations, you must bring it to our customer service team’s attention on the same day you receive the product. Our team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

For complaints about products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer directly.

If a refund is approved by Rankkking, it will take 9–15 business days for the refund to be processed.
